Diablo 4 Launch PC System Requirements Revealed

Blizzard has announced Diablo IV’s official PC system requirements, ranging from the minimum specs recommended to run the game all the way to what players will need to run the new ARPG at “Ultra 4k” settings.

There are more recommended spec options for launch than there were for the game’s popular open beta, which Blizzard in a blog said it used data from to help compile the new recommended requirements. Blizzard notes that while Diablo IV will run on machines below the recommended specifications (including on machines that don’t have SSDs or are using integrated GPUs), “the game experience may be significantly diminished.” Below is the full list of recommended system requirements for PC.

For those trying to decide between playing on PC or console, Diablo IV is confirmed to run at 4k, 60fps on Xbox Series X and will offer couch co-op. Diablo IV supports cross-play and cross-progression between PC and console players. Blizzard will offer players one final chance to check out Diablo IV ahead of the game’s June 6 launch with the Server Slam weekend from May 12-14. The Server Slam will be the final chance to earn various beta rewards that carry over the full version of Diablo IV.

Feedback from the game’s open beta led to Blizzard making some major changes to Diablo IV for launch, including less backtracking and repetition in dungeons and balance changes for classes like Barbarian and Necromancer. Blizzard in recent interviews has confirmed that Diablo IV will receive new seasonal content every three months, and that the game’s seasonal battle passes will take roughly 80 hours to complete.
